He holds a Certified Building Contractor license (CBC-1269569) and oversees all business operations, corporate compliance, and the systems that keep every roofing project running on schedule and on budget. Preston Okray
Preston serves as Operations Manager and the first point of contact for most Oak & Anchor clients. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration through Purdue Global while working full-time in the marine industry — where he developed a strong foundation in customer relationships, communication, and white-glove service. That commitment to the homeowner experience defines his work today. Preston ensures every project is handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a focus on the long-term — so that when we finish your roof, you feel as confident about the relationship as you do about the workmanship.
